You will manage the access control system ensuring all components are functioning and update the system nomenclature with physical changes occurring at the site. Preserve and export video and supporting documentation using approved reference procedures to ensure availability as evidence in civil and criminal court proceedings or distribution to approved Choctaw Nation Departments.Will attend Casino meetings and maintain a good working relationship with Casino Management. Assist Security and Tribal Police with internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues. Facilitate in-person video review for casino Department Managers, Supervisors, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Safety, Workers Compensation, and others.Compile incident and investigation analysis reports that document the timeline of events reviewed with accuracy, correct punctuation, appropriate grammar, and promptly.Document any irregularities or deviations. You will monitor the drop and count process and all other casino operations areas using digital video surveillance equipment and create a Count log that reflects actions observed during the count.You will report to the Assistant Senior Surveillance Manager. The Senior Operator works independently to fulfill all surveillance responsibilities at a remote facility. Job Summary or Objective: Performs Surveillance operations at a Tier A gaming facility.
